Forager Funds Management Chief Investment Officer Steve Johnson says cost inflation is still a “massive” problem for companies.

“Particularly if you can’t pass that onto customers,” Mr Johnson told Sky News Australia.

“We’ve seen KFC operators, like restaurant brands, coming out and saying ‘our costs are going up much faster than our revenue is going up and therefore profits are down’. “That’s been a huge problem.”
