Whomever gets to build the first Space Weapons, on the Moon, that can hit Targets on Earth, WINS. They will be able to control the world. China has a plan for that, working on LASER Technology, that will make it possible. Trump, however, wants to build a WALL. Stupidity wins out.

China is way ahead of the game on this one. They got rovers and crucial communication satellite already orbiting it
