I remember working severally, all night in various offices on deadline contracts, making physical models, as a university student. Job had to be approved by the next day before you take your leave. That'll just been a perfect job for a young female student.
Women and men choosing different jobs? This is just lazy. Who are the choosers here? In my experience it was much more about male hiring managers in male dominated jobs favouring men.

I think your assertion is flawed. Many MEN won't think of applying for any job that cares for children for fear of being thought a peado. Some great male teachers have been hounded out of teaching and the caring professions because of it. Just 1 example.
Right so you must force people to take jobs they hate becuase that will work so well.
