No snark, no crapping on vegetarians but rather a sincere observation about pro athletes that eat vegetarian. Every pro athlete I hear about being veggie or vegan always ALWAYS end up prone to repetitive injuries.
Yuk ... What an unhealthy plate of food ... If you process plants that much it’s full of chemicals to flavor it & grease to make it moist. (Not that Im against chemicals just know what you’re consuming)
