An office tower just north of the Galleria Dallas shopping mall is on the market for sale.

A man who had been living in a Deep Ellum apartment tower is suing its management, alleging that while he was at work, they mistakenly threw his and his daughter’s belongings in the dumpster, refused to repay him and forced him to move out because his name was not on the lease.D-FW's industrial building leasing and building market is starting to cool after several years of record activity.

Since 2015, the tower has been owned by Chicago-based investor RREEF. The building last sold for an estimated $71 million.CBRE Group is now marketing the property for sale – one of several office buildings the commercial property firm is offering in North Texas.
