Tax overhaul is a necessity so don't get attached to this plan.
Isn’t that what trickledown economics is all about? For decades Republicans have argued that wealth should be concentrated in the hands of the rich because (a) they are most deserving and(b) they are best suited to handle it.

Taxes would not have been paid on these foreign profits since the Companies would have kept the profits overseas and not brought them back to the US. New tax law allows them to bring the profits back for investment here. Comparable to tax laws everywhere else in the world.
