PRESIDENT Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. has signed into law three measures that aim to protect the welfare of disabled military veterans, improve the country’s business system and strengthen the conservation and protection of Philippine cultural heritage.

2. RA No. 11960, titled"An Act Institutionalizing the One Town, One Product Philippines Program, Allocating Funds for It, and Addressing Other Objectives." Under the new law, the disability base rate for military veterans has been raised from the previous amount of P1,000 to P4,500.
