Ken Parks becomes CFO at GE Vernova, the company's power-generation business. Vic Abate will lead its wind arm.

General Electric has completed the management team for its power generation business, due to be spun out as a separate company in just a few months.

The pair will report to Vernova CEO Scott Strazik. Eric Gray runs the gas-power generation business at Vernova, while Mavi Zingoni oversees the conventional power business. She came from Repsol , a Spanish energy company. The new title for Abate is something of a promotion. He currently runs the onshore wind power business for GE Vernova.
