Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal tops the list with a net spend of €352m, after business which includes the signing of Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain, with Arsenal and United second and third with figures of €201m and €154m respectively.Saudi Pro League pair Al-Ahli and Al-Nassr are fourth and fifth on the list with respective figures of €143m and €138m.
