Xiaomi, Huawei, One Plus... All offer high spec phones for a much more affordable price. Apple can't get by on brand name forever..

Smart phones have priced themselves out of the market !!! £1000 for a new phone with no ground breaking new features or wait and buy a phone on the second hand market for much less....the second hand market is truly reflectng the market price !!
Meaningful innovation in phones died with Steve Jobs and there's nothing that's rocked the market by any manufacturer since. There's no compelling 'must have' reason to change when only subtle upgrades are offered with an unjustifiable price over what you've already bought apple

Must say that my new XS Max is brilliant - pricey mind & wouldn't pay GBP1,000+ for a phone if A) it wasn't available on contract B) my company pays my monthly mobile bill including handset fee.
And now SamsungMobile think people are going to pay £1500 for a phone. Who’s the market aimed at? Not the majority
