Thousands of e-scooters and lithium-ion batteries were found dumped in a warehouse just outside downtown.

These re-chargeable batteries and devices can spark deadly fires if they’re not handled properly.

E-scooters fill a warehouse in Cleveland. Officials say they're not being rented out and called this a 'dumping ground.'But five months later, nothing changed.
