Trump again dangles option to drop charges against Huawei in trade negotiations with China

So, Canada is still having issues with China for supporting US in this. We have a trade agreement with US but they still are charging tariffs on Steel and Aluminum. Why under Trump is their closest neighbour treated like this?

Trade with China has grown but remains a fraction of our trade with the United States. If the govt doesn't have the balls to stand up to this tyrant now, it won't stand up for Canada during free trade talks either. We need a petition to halt free trade talks with China.
