On top of these issues they allow animals that clearly aren’t “service animals” on their planes. They also allow people who are not handicapped to board their plane first with a Dr’s bogus note.

That’s an oddly negative headline that doesn’t tell the story. Better journalism please.

I can get a ticket on a competitor for cheaper now, that offers more inflight amenities, and AN ASSIGNED SEAT. Swa used to appeal bc they were cheap. Now...?
