It was the butt of jokes on “Car Talk,” but Peugeot, the French car maker, is planning a U.S. comeback.
PSA Group said Tuesday it is pushing forward with plans to return its Peugeot brand to the crowded North American market, after an absence of almost three decades. It is a bid by Chief Executive Carlos Tavares to power growth at the French car maker, which in recent years turned around its struggling European business and is now seeking new markets overseas.
Ready to be laughed at by a whole new generation of Americans.
Bad experience with my 405
30 hour work-weeks and workers that strike every other week are not good for the French auto industry, or any industry.
Cool
You must have dreams and be able to meet them.
Awesom
Such a good news but don't forget. Here in the USA customer is the king. Good luck for the king lion! Peugeot
she's pretty
Let's hope they're better than the one I had! Maybe they'll be better looking than the 'Fix-It-Again-Tony's' running around the US now!
Hope not expensive.
Yheaa!!! This car speaks...Definitely! : ) , Discover Team
I like that
The French automakers steal technologies from no one, and no one steals technologies from them.
Will Citroen follow?
As long as it has a blaplunk radio in it 😅😀
I've driven a Peugeot in Africa. I wouldn't drive any other car in its place, definitely not any British car.
