U.K. stocks finished higher Friday, with the FTSE 100 Index rising 0.07% at 7,683.91. Among FTSE 100 constituents, food retail company Ocado Group PLC saw...

Among FTSE 100 constituents, food retail company Ocado Group PLC OCDO, +6.70% saw the largest increase Friday, as shares rose 6.70%.

Lloyds Banking Group PLC LLOY, +2.06%, a major international banks company, and investment advisors company Hargreaves Lansdown PLC HL, +1.65% rounded out the top five largest increases as their stocks increased 2.06% and 1.65%, respectively. Shares of gambling industries firm Entain PLC ENT, -3.03% and mixed retailing company B&M European Value Retail S.A. BME, -1.92% declined 3.03% and 1.92%, respectively.

The pound was down 0.33% against dollar GBPUSD, -0.33% at $1.2256 and 0.31% against the euro GBPEUR, -0.32% at €1.1497.
