TAWAU: Tawau Munincipal Council is urged to consider roofing the Chester Night Market site so that traders can do their business without having to worry about rain.

“A covered market like in Kuching offers comfort not only to traders but also customers,” said Khairul Anwar Junus who sells toys to support his family.The Chester Night Market which began operating in 2020, is one of the attractions in this district, apart from Tamu Ahad Sabindo and Pasar Malam Rabu. The Unimas graduate has been selling toys there every Friday since 2021.
