Merger of XFL and USFL should result in fewer teams looking for American players

“The CFL is such a unique game and because it does not rely totally on imports, there is a pool of players that totally belong to the CFL,” he said then. “And there are quarterbacks, for example, that are unique to the CFL, of which there are many coming out of school.
