“We’ve decided not to go public with the price,” said realtor Christa Frosch. “We will disclose the price to qualified buyers as they make their requests.”

The waterfront energy-efficient mansion of former B.C. Hydro boss Mossadiq Umedaly in West Vancouver is on the market.

A key part of the sales pitch are the home’s energy-efficient features. The 8,000 square foot building is set on a 25,000 square foot lot with 100-feet of waterfront overlooking Burrard Inlet. Realtor Christa Frosch, of Sotheby’s International said the home took five years to design and build and had the capacity to be a net-zero energy home with all the systems in place.

Frosch said she would not be releasing the asking price for the home and that the property would not be listed on MLS.
