Menefee will join elected officials to make remarks regarding an application for a company to construct a rock and concrete crushing facility next to Harris Health’s Lyndon B. Johnson (LBJ) Hospital, which is a 215 licensed-bed acute care facility providing full medical services.

Menefee will be joined by Commissioner Precinct 1 Rodney Ellis, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, Sen. Borris Miles, Rep. Harold Dutton, Dr.
