Safatle says her experience on CBC's"Dragons' Den" was remarkable. During her pitch, she says, she faced the pressure of securing a deal on national television.St. John's baby clothing company Newbornlander wants a partner in upcoming season of 'Dragons' Den' Minhas has already received Safatle's products, and they will soon enter the final stages of signing the deal. Safatle adds she is advocating for Minhas to come to the province.The Tales of Triumph Award for 2023, offered by Canada Post, celebrates individuals who have made significant contributions to their communities through operating a small business, and awarded her $100,000 for Newbornlander's operations.
