A Florida gun dealer that sold banned high-capacity magazines online to New Jersey customers must pay the state a $150,000 fine plus attorneys fees, a state appeals court ruled.22Mods4All and another Florida-based company in 2019, alleging they violated New Jersey’s Consumer Fraud Act by allowing New Jersey-based customers to buy 30-round magazines. A judge in 2021 found the company liable and that ruling was upheld by a panel of appellate judges on Thursday.
