AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin real estate market keeps growing – so much so, top real estate agents from Los Angeles want to get in on the action.Tutor said even though she was born and raised in Los Angeles, she's been coming to Texas since she was 18 years old. She's seen her hometown at the forefront of design and architecture for the past several years. She said now, it's been interesting to see Austin move up the ranks and start to compete with the L.A.
"It's a very vibrant city, and from the second I landed here, I was like, 'This is probably the most like Los Angeles that I had ever seen.' So for me, it was just a natural fit. I was very attracted to Austin," said Tutor."There's no stopping Austin at this point. Over the course of the last five years, Austin has seen so much unbelievable growth.
Tutor said being able to sit down at the panel and talk design, architecture and see what's on brand for 2024 is what a lot of brokers, buyers and sellers really want. "I'll say this, I'm blessed to be here. There are a lot of real estate agents that are doing an incredible job in the market that we are currently in, in Texas. I feel like it's an opportunity for me to learn from them. I don't come in with ego. I don't come into this city having really an understanding of it outside of wanting to learn from everybody," said Tutor.
When asked what's next for Tutor in Texas real estate, she said she has a couple ideas in mind of what could be coming next for Texas and it may or may not have to do with TV. But, we'll just have to stay tuned.
