Quarryville Fire Company says the spill happened at around 10:23 a.m. on the 700 block of Valley Rd. in Eden Twp.
When crews arrived on scene, they located the source of the manure; a malfunctioning manure pump and pipeline.The roadway was cleared of all manure within about two hours of the call.Due to both spills being in such close proximity, crews say Rt. 372 was closed on the West and East sides of Quarryville for a few hours.
