Food delivery service Deliveroo launches Food Market in Singapore.

Deliveroo Food Market, which is located at Alice@Mediapolis, opened to the public on Tuesday . Featuring ten kitchens and a 40-seater dine-in space, foodies can order their meals using eatsa, a San Francisco-based technology automation company. The technology powers five self-serve kiosks and 12 automated digital cubbies for customers to pick up their food.

Seven restaurants will be operating out of the Food Market, with a total of 11 food concepts, including Bonchon, Blu Kouzina, NamNam, COMNAM, Chop Shop, Rasa Rasa, Omakase Burger, The Flying Squirrel, Delismith, EZO Hokkaido Eats, VIOS and Lucky Souvlaki. Siddharth Shanker, General Manager of Deliveroo Singapore, said in his speech that he is committed to growth here in Singapore: “Deliveroo Food Market is our biggest and most innovative site yet, with self-serve kiosks and digital cubbies making the order and pick up process much more efficient for both customers and restaurants.
