A Greenwich, Conn., estate once owned by fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger is back on the market for $9.65 million. The historic home, at 36 Mayfair Lane, was built in an English Manor style in 1932.…

The 7,438-square-foot spread features seven bedrooms, eight baths and two powder rooms on 5.38 acres.

Tommy and his then-wife, Susie, bought the home in 1993 and sold it two years later for $5.5 million.Details include a chef’s kitchen with an adjacent breakfast room, a family room with arched, French doors that open to the wisteria-covered loggia, a formal dining room, four fireplaces, high ceilings, intricate moldings, and a study with a tracery ceiling.
