Prince Emma Okotie-Eboh, a scion of Nigeria’s First Republic Finance Minister, Chief Festus Okotie Eboh, was the Regent of Warri Kingdom. He was also the chairman of Great Ogboru Campaign Council in Delta State 2023 governorship election.
