It's a partnership between Sheetz and Penn-Mar Human Services.

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month. It's a chance to celebrate the contributions these men and women make in the workplace. Brian Honeychuck takes his job at Sheetz very seriously. The 25-year-old has been working at the location on Queen Street in York for two years.

'We support people with intellectual disabilities. We do everything from residential living, to employment support, ' said Wyatt Malone with Penn-Mar Human Services.Malone works to support Honeychuck in his role at Sheetz.In a time when dependable employees are at a premium, Sheetz General Manager Lisa Reichow said Honeychuck is a valued team member.'He's so happy to come in. He wants to be here, which is wonderful,' she said.Honeychuck said his coworkers are like a family.
