Leasing at The Torre House has kicked off with units ranging from $5,175 to $33,990 per month.

Here’s Why ‘The White Lotus’ Season 3 Ditched Japan for Thailandexclusively learned. Monthly rents start at $5,175, and the 96 residences range from studios to three bedrooms. Plus, there’s one enviable four-bedroom duplex asking a potentially record-setting $33,990 per month; the priciest lease available on the open market in Brooklyn is currently a Brooklyn Heights townhouse that’s asking a cool $27,500 per month.

The historic tower, which is adjacent to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, has a storied past. It was the former site of a four-story brownstone that belonged to abolitionist Henry Ward Beecher from 1856 to 1881. In 1901, the brownstone was purchased and expanded upon by the Jehovah’s Witnesses, who used the residence as the living quarters for staff members of the organization.

The residences offer unobstructed views of the Brooklyn Bridge and are packed with high-end finishes. You’ll find Mohawk hardwood flooring throughout and, in the kitchen, large islands, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and Caesarstone countertops. Elsewhere, bathrooms come complete with Carrara marble, honed Italian tile, and illuminated vanity mirrors.
