The incident in Beloit happened just before noon Tuesday, with customers scattering at the commotion.
“We had a full dining room at the time. It took about 10 seconds for the building to be cleared out. It was crazy. We have no idea where he came from,” Michael Pittenger, Noodles & Company Southeast Wisconsin region area manager, told the Beloit Daily News. Store general manager Patti Pickering told WMSN-TV that “it was a pretty large deer. It was a male deer with, like, five spikes on each of his antlers.”No people were injured, and the eatery capitalized on the buck ruckus by offering a “2 Buck Mac and Cheese” promotion Wednesday, Noodles & Company spokesperson Stephanie Jerome told The Associated Press.
