Gone are the days when you only had a handful of spots across Belfast to choose from, and that kind of market saturation is leading to quality levels going through the roof across the board.A mediocre slice of pizza which may once have 'did the job' for your Friday night pie is no longer cutting the mustard.
Not much has changed from what I can see in terms of the interiors here, although they seem to have set up a little outside area which would be nice on a sunny day. The pizza itself was fantastic, that characteristic char from the stone fired oven around the crust. One of my pet hates with pizzas is that there are too many toppings that you can't actually taste the styff that matters - the dough, the sauce and the cheese.
