A 30-year-old Adelaide Hills man has been crushed to death by a dump truck at a mulch business in Brinkley, southeast of Adelaide.

Police and paramedics were called to reports a worker had been critically injured by heavy machinery at the business on Barker Rd, about 7km from Murray Bridge town centre, just after 7am on Friday. The 30-year-old man from Callington was rushed to hospital but died of his injuries, police said. SafeWork SA and police are investigating the death.
