Asia-Pacific stocks mostly grew Friday, Nov. 3, with the Hong Kong market climbing for the second day.
The Shanghai Composite Index SHCOMP, +0.71% of Chinese companies increased 0.7% to 3,030.80, and The FTSE Straits Times Index STI, +1.97% of Singapore stocks increased 2.0% to 3,143.07. The KOSPI Composite Index 180721, +1.08% of South Korean stocks rose 1.1% to 2,368.34, while Australia's S&P/ASX 200 Benchmark Index XJO, +1.14% gained 1.1% to 6,978.20.
Shares of motor vehicle dealing firm Zhongsheng Group Holdings 881, +8.11% and sporting goods retailing company Li Ning 2331, +6.58% increased 8.1% and 6.6%, respectively.
