Stocks in the Asia-Pacific region mostly grew Monday, Nov. 6, with shares in Japan increasing for the fourth day and the Hong Kong market up for three consecutive days.

Of the Nikkei 225 Index constituents, motor vehicle parts company Sumitomo Electric Inds 5802, +11.41% saw the largest increase Monday, as shares jumped 11.4%. Shares of aquaculture firm Nissui 1332, -7.66% and marine transport company Nippon Yusen 9101, -5.00% declined 7.7% and 5.0%, respectively.
