Australian Idol star Shannon Noll has wowed his followers by showing off his ripped physique after “dropping a few kilos”. Taking to Instagram, the 2003 Idol runner-up shared a shirtless selfie that showed off the hard work he’s been doing in the gym this year.
Shannon Noll works out at the gym. “Dropped a few kilos last week after having the flu!” the 47-year-old captioned the jaw-dropping photo. “Back training this morning though, not 100% yet but much better than last week! 😓” Noll’s gym updates have earned him the nickname “Swollsie,” in reference to his “swollen” biceps. And for this latest selfie, the fan praise was once again gushing. “Mate, are you in Thor 2 The Movie?” Grant Denyer wondered.
