But after going through the messages we received from our reader submission portal, I can see some of you are still having problems this morning.We are Optus customers for our nbn broadband. We live in Toowoomba Qld. Our internet and landline services have not been restored as of 0549hts Thurs 9th Nov. We have not heard from Optus at all over the past 24hrs. Unable to complete online studies yesterday. We also had personal data hacked in the cyber attack.
I am still off-line, unable to access any internet that on a daily basis I am continually sent Optus messages they are fixing NBN faults, it is abysmal serviceHopefully your day started off better than yesterday! Today we're going to be focusing on the fallout of the Optus outage that brought some services and businesses to a halt — or, at the very least, made things difficult.most services should now be back on lineSome NBN connections may not be restored as yetOur people are doing their best to respond to your concerns and Optus sincerely apologises for today’s outage.We'll be bringing you all the updates as they come in this morning.
