Around 30 companies from all over Malaysia participated in the Bitumen Road Construction Seminar organized by Kemaman Bitumen Company Sdn. Bhd. (KBC), Institute for Infrastructure Engineering and Sustainable Management (IIESM) Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), and Elite Career Centre Sdn. Bhd. (ECC) in Shah Alam, Selangor on January 30. The seminar aimed to enhance knowledge, understanding, and awareness of bitumen quality control among road industry players.
It was attended by 63 participants from various companies in the industry such as Roadcare (M) Sdn. Bhd., Sunway Quarry Industries Sdn. Bhd., and Petronas Dagangan Berhad. The seminar was divided into lecture sessions at the UiTM Hotel and practical sessions at the UiTM Shah Alam Civil Engineering Road Laboratory
