A Dothan woman faces charges of child abuse after police received a report from a local physician’s office.

Dothan police responded to a report of injuries to the head and face of a child on Feb. 14 and began investigating how the injuries were caused. The department’s Special Investigations Unit arrested Olivia Rose Loupe on one count of willful child abuse.
