Six people, including four teenagers, have been arrested after a terrifying shooting in Sydney’s southwest. About 9.20pm on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, police were called to a carpark on Canterbury Road in Campsie, following reports of a shooting.
Six arrested after alleged attempted gangland murder ambush. It is understood a 27-year-old man, who was driving in the carpark, was ambushed by a group of men, who allegedly fired more than a dozen shots. The 27-year-old man suffered two gunshot wounds to his head and chest. Security cameras showed the target scramble away from his car and despite being wounded, he survived. During raids across Sydney’s west, six people were later arrested.
