BUMI Armada Bhd, owned by Malaysian billionaire T. Ananda Krishnan, is close to securing a US$500 million loan to help with its restructuring, Bloomberg reports. Citing sources, it said the five-year loan will be used to refinance Bumi Armada’s existing debt and for working capital.
