Prawn dumplings sold at Woolworths supermarkets across the country have been recalled over an undeclared allergen. Food Standards Australia issued a recall notice for Bibigo Mini Mandu Prawn Dumplings 270g on Tuesday due to the undeclared presence of eggs. “Any consumers who have an egg allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed,” it said.
Batches included in the recall include those with the following best-before dates: 04/04/2024, 05/04/2024, 22/04/2024, 24/04/2024, 09/05/2024, 10/05/2024, 08/08/2024, 19/08/2024, 21/08/2024 and 21/09/2024. The products were sold at Woolworths in NSW, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and WA. Customers are advised to return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
