Canva, WiseTech Global and Culture Amp are among a rising number of companies that have relaxed or eliminated degree requirements from job ads to improve recruitment and make their workforces more diverse.. It encourages managers to assess a candidate’s suitability based on skills, instead of what they’ve done in the past.
