Northern Ireland is set to be well-represented at the 2024 BAFTA Television Awards after local talents receive five nominations.

After a huge year of television, documentary Once Upon a Time in Northern Ireland and local actress Roisin Gallagher have been named among the nominees for this year's ceremony.Roisin is up for 'Best Female Performance in a Comedy' for her role in the hit Sky Atlantic series The Lover. Once Upon a Time in Northern was one of the most nominated on the list this year, being recognised across four categories.From award-winning director James Bluemel Once Upon A Time In Northern Ireland gives voice to the people who lived through the Troubles, sharing intimate stories from all sides of the conflict.
