A Tech Magnate Is Asking $85 Million for His Extravagant Beverly Hills Compoundsuburb of Sunny Isles Beach after spotting photos of it on Instagram. Now, after a multimillion-dollar transformation, the scrap-metal mogul and crypto entrepreneur is already looking to find a new owner for his coastal retreat with a substantial bump in price, asking $39 million.

Highlights include an elevator-accessible vestibule that leads via double wood entry doors to an open-concept great room holding a living and dining area equipped with a wet bar and wine cellar that connects to a lounge space.

The 55-year-old entrepreneur—who also owns the crypto mining company Viridium—maintains a primary residence in Skaneateles, N.Y., where he and his wife Kim operate several restaurants, including Hidden Fish, The Krebs, and Elephant and the Dove. According to the, the couple also paid hedge-fund billionaire John Paulson $5 million in 2022 for an Upper East Side mansion that was originally listed at $24.5 million.
