French singer and TikTok star Anais Robin has died, aged 21, in a car crash. The social media star was driving when she lost control of her vehicle, crashing into a tree. She was the only person in the car and died at the scene. The crash occurred in Baisieux, near Lille, France on the M941 highway. Local police have launched an investigation into the cause of the accident, LBC reports. Robin had more than 510,000 TikTok followers and 150,000 on Instagram.

“It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of our artist Anais Robin, which occurred after a road accident on Saturday night in the north of France,” a spokesperson said. “Anais was much loved and appreciated by all those who had the privilege of knowing her. “Rest in peace, Anais. You will forever be remembered in our hearts.” Another Gabs and Jo representative said: “Her radiant smile, her kindness and her voice will remain forever engraved in our hearts.
