Labour will support it, as it isn't BrExit. Under the Common Market 2.0 proposal, the UK would leave the EU, but retain freedom of movement and make contributions to the EU Budget.
EU won't grant SingleMarket membership without FourFreedoms: these directly contradict central tenets of official Leave campaign (VoteLeave) ~ main reasons Leavers voted to Brexit e.g. to end FreeMovement. Parliament will be dissolved if it attempts such BrexitBetrayal.
