Built in 1991, the home overlooks the golf course at The Fountaingrove Club in Santa Rosa, California. The main house spans nearly 4,000 square feet with four bedrooms and three and a half baths, while an attached guest suite offers its own entrance, a compact kitchen, and bathroom. Between its light-filled spaces and wooden accents, Wright’s influence on Tucker is apparent throughout the home.
A towering stone fireplace anchors the living room, while the ample kitchen features bespoke oak cabinetry with a unique scalloped detail. A massive skylight floods the space with natural light. The nearby dining room flows out to a large deck with a fire pit and lovely views over a placid lake surrounded by the manicured golf course at The Fountaingrove Club.
