Kota Kinabalu: The Wiramuda Movement of Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku supports the State government’s action to revive the Sabah Padi and Rice Board in order to improve the industry and ensure food safety in the State.Its head Kong Soon Choi said Sabah is able to meet the demand for rice because the rice industry can be implemented with the availability of large areas of land in several districts in the State.“We cannot continue to rely on imported rice solely to meet the demands of the people.
