One of Glasgow's most famous landmarks, the Barras is a direct link to the city's retail and cultural past that's been on the go for over a century.
But amid the discussions of gentrification that surround many parts of the city, what do the traders at the Barras think of the changes that have been wrought of late, thanks to a fresh wave of traders and the market organisers themselves who have taken up hosting events, such as the hugely popular Hong Kong Market as ways of drawing in the crowds.
"Traders like the Cow People are bringing customers in, now you can get new, you can get old, you've got clubs and venues like BaAd, The Barrowlands and St Lukes where you can have a night out, and there's brilliant food here too. Speaking about the Barras, Jenny said: "I was brought up coming to the Barras as a kid, it's always been iconic, when I first looked at coming here, I was worried it was a risk but I've never looked back and it was the best decision of my life.
Benny moved here two and a half years ago because of the political situation back home and decided he wanted to settle down in Glasgow.
