FULL INTERVIEW: Law Council President Arthur Moses says legislation cracking down on social media companies republishing abhorrent content has been ‘rushed through’ without proper scrutiny.

The legislation was tabled in response to the Christchurch massacre, where the accused gunman streamed his attack on two mosques live on Facebook. Mr Moses told Sky News the laws may have ‘unintended consequences’ on the media.
