Alleged mushroom killer Erin Patterson, 49, will return to court on Monday morning for a hearing in the Latrobe Valley Magistrates’ Court. Patterson is currently being held at Melbourne’s Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, after being charged with three counts of murder and five counts of attempted murder over the deaths that followed a mushroom lunch at her Leongatha home last year.
